The focus of Studio Art is to guide students through a course of study that develops art skills, recognizes personal talent, respects creative processes, teaches students to integrate art in their lives, and become everyday creative people.
This program is divided into three parts: First a focus on techniques, mediums and skills (breadth). The second is Body of Work production culminating in our yearly art show (depth). The third is Creative Skill Building and Artist of the Week.
Private Classes are individualized for the student. Projects are presented with the goal of gaining new art skills in mind, but we allow for the student to choose their path to success. We have an entire art studio at our disposal to find what creative direction we want to proceed.
$85.00 for One 1-hour class $220.00 for Four 1-hour classes (one class a week, four classes per month)
Summer Privates: Private classes are held on Mondays during the week. Inquire for availability, limited spaces available.
